About the Role:

The Head of Finance is a critical leadership position that oversees all financial operations within our organization.

This role involves providing strategic financial insights, managing budgets, forecasting, investment strategies, financing, and ensuring financial compliance to drive business growth and success.

  • Develop and implement financial plans, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
  • Oversee the development of budgets and long-term financial plans to align with company objectives.
  • Manage capital and operational expenditure budgets and establish relationships with financial institutions to secure funding for operations and expansions.
Key Accountabilities:

Investment Management:

  • Design and execute investment strategies to maximize the company's portfolio value and achieve growth objectives.

Financing and Bank Loans:

  • Negotiate and secure financing options, including bank loans, to support business expansion and operational needs.

Strategic Financial Analysis:

  • Analyze financial data to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct financial feasibility studies for new initiatives and generate comparative financial performance analysis reports.

Risk Management and Compliance:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide detailed financial risk reports.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement financial risk management strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Ensure timely completion of financial period closings and regular reconciliation of cash flow-related accounts.
  • Develop and maintain reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.

You Will:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • At least 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, particularly in leadership roles, working in a publicly listed company.
  • Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, financial risk management, and investment management.
  • Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, cash management, and bank relations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
