At Anghami, we're looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth through strategic partnerships in the retail, banking, and e-commerce sectors. As a key member of our partnership team, you will be responsible for building relationships with brands to increase user acquisition and subscription revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in closing deals and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be proactive, results-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. We're seeking someone who can build a pipeline of outbound lead opportunities, create sales pitches, and close deals while working closely with internal stakeholders.

We're looking for a Business Development Manager who is a team player and collaborator with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The role requires a strong attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, communications, marketing, or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of sales and partnership management experience in e-commerce, fintech, media agencies, or retail in KSA.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a Target and KPIs driven mindset, forecasting and delivering against forecasts while developing and building a partner network through targeted outreach and strong project planning & execution. You'll also collaborate with the product team to create a seamless user journey and optimize partnership KPIs.
