Job Description

Egis, an international player in architecture, consulting, construction engineering, and mobility services, is seeking a highly skilled Director Investment and Business Development Manager to spearhead its efforts in identifying and capitalizing on investment opportunities for sustainable urban development projects.

The successful candidate will draw upon extensive experience in investment management and a deep understanding of the engineering industry to lead initiatives to attract funding, secure partnerships, and drive the financial success of our projects. This includes developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with project objectives and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research and feasibility studies to identify potential investment opportunities in sustainable urban development projects.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to secure funding and support for project development.
  • Lead negotiations and structuring of investment deals, including equity investments, debt financing, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting standards, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on investment performance and portfolio management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in investment management, financial analysis, or corporate finance, with a focus on infrastructure or real estate investments.
  • Strong understanding of investment principles, financial markets, and project finance structures.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, structuring, and closing investment deals, preferably in the infrastructure or real estate sector.
