Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Lasifa International. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with national and international standards.
  2. Collaborate with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
  3. Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Work with technical and engineering staff to develop and implement quality procedures.
  5. Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree in an engineering field.
  • 5 years experience as a Quality Assurance Manager.
  • 10 years experience in a Quality or engineering related field.
  • Experience in a service-based IT or telecommunications field is essential.
  • Experience in another culture is essential, preferably in the Middle East.
  • Good communicator with people management skills.
