Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Baggage Handling System Projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners, effectively communicating project objectives and progress.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Mentor and train junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices within the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or project management, preferably with PMP certification.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in project management, ideally within Material Handling/Airport industries as Project Leader/Coordinator or Manager.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational abilities, with fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a determined approach to managing challenging projects, proficiency in building and nurturing professional client relationships, and adaptability in an international & multicultural project-oriented environment.
