Operations and Client Liaison

We are seeking an experienced Business Support Specialist to join our team and drive lead generation, client engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation Strategies: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Client Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the engagement process.
- CMS Maintenance and Analysis: Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of the CRM system, analyzing data to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Conduct thorough research on prospects to ensure AML compliance and mitigate risk, maintaining our commitment to integrity and transparency.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers, assisting with tasks such as meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly track and report progress on client engagement and lead conversion, providing actionable insights for business development.
- Experience in Financial Services: Proven experience in financial services, preferably in customer-facing roles, demonstrating expertise in industry-specific knowledge and practices.
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, along with relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CAIA) that showcase advanced knowledge and skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems, with experience in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration and teamwork.
