The Perfect Candidate: Operations and Client Liaison

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to join our team as an Operations and Client Liaison.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operations Support: Provide operational support to the sales team, managing day-to-day activities, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.
  2. Client Onboarding: Coordinate client onboarding, including setting up accounts, configuring systems, and establishing communication channels.
  3. CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.
  4. Research and Compliance: Conduct thorough research on prospects to ensure AML compliance, mitigating risk and upholding our commitment to integrity.
  5. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers, handling tasks such as meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  6. Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly track and report progress on client engagement and lead conversion, providing actionable insights for business development.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, showcasing a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
  3. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment, enabling efficient task management and prioritization.
  4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and leadership skills, facilitating effective collaboration and teamwork.
