Electrical Construction Manager Job Description

Shawarmer Food Company LLC. is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the electrical construction works of district cooling plants and central cooling plants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with electrical subcontractors, clients, and local authorities to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality electrical works. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the execution of industrial EPC projects
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with authority requirements
  • Planning and executing electrical works
  • Reviewing material submittals and shop drawings
  • Ensuring quality control and safety standards
  • Tracking progress and expediting electrical contractors
  • Managing costs and performing quantity calculations
  • Producing AutoCAD schematics and drawings

Requirements:

  • Graduated in Electrical Engineering
  • UAE and/or Qatar experience is a must
  • Age 30-40 years with 7+ years of field experience in construction
  • Contractor experience is a must
  • District Cooling Experience is recommended
  • Previous experience as Electrical Construction Manager in industrial projects
  • Fluent in English and proficient in AutoCAD 2D
  • Driving license and proficient with MS Office

Desirable Additional Requirements:

  • Experience in Quality Control
  • Experience in Testing and commissioning
  • Experience with Instrumentation and control installation
