The Project Change Manager will work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that all changes are appropriately managed and aligned with project goals, while minimizing disruptions and risks to the overall project timeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all project changes, ensuring that they are documented, assessed, and approved according to project procedures and guidelines.
  • Identify, monitor, and report on project trends that may indicate potential issues or risks, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly to keep the project on track.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all changes and trends, including change orders, impact assessments, and approvals.
  • Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on project cost, schedule, and quality, and provide recommendations for mitigating any negative effects.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or change control, with a focus on identifying and managing changes in scope, schedule, and cost.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the potential impacts of changes and trends on project timelines and budgets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate changes, trends, and their implications to stakeholders at all levels.
