Job Title: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at Centro Hotels by Rotana. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality service standards are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor guest feedback and review it with the Director of Food & Beverage to identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee all training activities of the Food & Beverage Department and work closely with the Employee Development Department to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills.
  • Review and control the weekly payroll and overtime sheets for all Food & Beverage outlets and monitor them according to the established budgets.
  • Consult with outlet managers on operating requirements and quality standards to ensure consistency across all outlets.
  • Be proactive during service peak times, maintaining a highly visible profile in outlets to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Confer with the Director of Food & Beverage on reports, forecasts, budgets, marketing plans, festivals, and special promotions to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitive trends, new products, and legislative requirements to ensure the Food and Beverage department remains ahead of the curve.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college/university degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
