About the Role

This position will focus on delivering new product commercialization to our factories, ensuring site readiness and raw material visibility. The purpose of this role is to support top-line growth while prioritizing quality accuracy and speed to market requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee commercialization activities on site, ensuring factory readiness for new products and transfer products.
  • Lead and coordinate raw material checks and activities, managing early raw material checks and ensuring system readiness.
  • Assess and analyze options for faster product lead times, analyzing forecasting data and preparing recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure alignment of all site-related activities, such as label preparation and export certifications.
  • Support Must Win process through early BOM review and product lead-time assessment.
  • Identify and troubleshoot risks and issues, acting as an escalation point for problems and working with teams to mitigate risks.
  • Embed best practices and implement process improvement initiatives to support speed to market and efficiencies.
  • Maintain data and files on commercialization RM and product lead times.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the food manufacturing industry in a project management or supply chain role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with strong interpersonal communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to develop project plans, spreadsheets, and process maps to document needs.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
