Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Growth and Innovation Lead. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving growth and innovation across our snack food portfolio.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans and granular marketing activity calendars to drive sales and share growth.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to launch new products and sub-lines, including positioning in the anchor demand spaces and product attribute enhancement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive initiatives across product attribute enhancement, flavor revamp, brand restage planning, marketing planning & commercialization.
  • Manage BTL activities like pack design, PR, digital & shopper marketing to enhance brand presence and drive consumer engagement.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Executing transformation of Lay's Gourmet, Lay's Maxx, Lay's Stax & other sub-lines.
  • Working closely with the Brand Manager to ensure regular updates, escalations & de-bottlenecking.
  • Leading cross-functional projects for Lay's sublines, liaising with internal stakeholders to drive initiatives across product attribute enhancement, flavor revamp, brand restage planning, marketing planning & commercialization.
  • Performing regular follow-ups with distributors to track sales progress & flag gaps.
