Job Summary:

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Controls Manager to lead our project controls and reporting efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing all phases of project controls and reporting, including planning, scheduling, and cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project controls and reporting strategies and plans.
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for project controls and reporting.
  • Provide oversight and coaching to project controls specialists.
  • Facilitate partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations.
  • Ensure internal and external controls and reporting are in place.
  • Work closely with QIC and delivery partners to ensure optimal project controls and reporting decisions.
  • Report controls and reporting challenges and issues to the XSC Business Management Director.
  • Assign work to employees, oversee, and track completion of work assignments.
  • Maintain clear and concise work standards and goals.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate, contractual, ethics, and safety standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in a relevant field or related experience in project controls and reporting.
  • Superuser of Ares Prism.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Professional membership desirable.
  • Strong written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in teams, follow through, and clearly deliver work instructions.
  • Detailed understanding of project controls and reporting in complex projects.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and interact with senior-level management.
  • Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent organization and follow-through abilities.
  • Excellent business judgment.
