Job Summary

Fircroft is seeking a highly experienced QHSE Leader to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a QHSE Leader, you will be responsible for directing project HSE activities and providing leadership to promote a positive culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HSE Frameworks
    • Develop and implement HSE frameworks, systems, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead HSE Teams
    • Lead and manage HSE teams to ensure effective implementation of HSE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments
    • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Develop and Implement Training Programs
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the technical and leadership competencies of the QHSE team.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulatory Requirements
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Technical Qualifications
    • Technical qualifications to degree level in a relevant field (safety or engineering).
  • Experience
    • Experience in technical supervisory/operational positions within the oil and gas industry, with some project development experience.
  • Leadership Skills
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to synthesize information and identify key issues.
  • Communication Skills
    • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
