Job Requirements

We are seeking a Commercial Director to lead our healthcare projects in Riyadh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts and ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 10 years experience in the construction industry, gained with established main contractors. A portfolio that includes some hospital / healthcare projects is essential. Additionally, a relevant 3rd level qualification and previous Middle East experience are highly desirable.

The salary for this position is negotiable on experience and will include attractive tax-free benefits. The package will also include accommodation, transport, flights, and medical cover.
