Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company (ACCBC) seeks an exceptional Financial Commercial Controller to join our team. This critical role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in overseeing commercial processes, providing in-depth financial analysis, and driving strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Financial Controller in managing the OTC Cycle process, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with AR accounting, overdue, and collection teams to optimize performance.
  • Manage branches' accounting and monthly/quarterly closing processes, promoting standardization and alignment.
  • Implement unified ways of working, streamlining operations and enhancing policy alignment.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Develop and enhance financial reporting processes, internal controls, and systems to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in finance, with a strong understanding of IFRS standards and local regulatory financial reporting requirements in KSA.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; MBA or CPA/ACCA qualification preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in financial management, commercial analysis, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and drive results-oriented outcomes.
  • Prior experience in FMCG or similar industries, with a deep understanding of the local market and regulatory environment.
