Position Overview:

The Quality Controller plays a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in quality control or food safety management.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring quality control procedures are implemented correctly.
  2. Conducting regular inspections of production processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
  3. Implementing practices that prevent cross-contamination and preserve the nutritional value of food throughout the preparation process.
  4. Performing product testing, sending periodic samples to food laboratories, and overseeing quality control of raw and canned food to maintain high standards in final products.
  5. Monitoring operations across all sections, identifying areas for improvement, and providing necessary training and guidance to staff in collaboration with the Training Coordinator.
  6. Ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety protocols.
  7. Collaborating with regulatory bodies during audits and staying updated on industry standards.
  8. Developing and implementing inspection schedules across the Central Production Unit (CPU) and branches.
  9. Working with the Lean Six Sigma team to optimize operations and minimize inefficiencies.
  10. Conducting regular audits on procurement activities to ensure alignment with production specifications.
  11. Auditing technical recipe practices to ensure compliance with company standards.
  12. Conducting audits on packaging units and measuring tools to verify adherence to company specifications.
  13. Regular audits of branches, stores, and warehouses to evaluate practices and provide necessary guidance.

Qualifications & Experience:

We require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in quality control or food safety management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness.
  • Excellent communication skills.
