We are looking for a Digital Transformation Strategist based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to lead our client's digital transformation journey.

Contract: 6 months & Extendable

Job Description:

  • The ideal candidate will have a Master's or bachelor's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in enterprise architecture or a similar strategic role is required.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), microservices, APIs, data platforms, and cybersecurity frameworks is essential.
  • The candidate should be ready to think, behave, and act in an innovative consulting manner to drive the organization's digital business strategies.
  • Experience with IT systems in the energy or utilities sector (SCADA, GIS, AMI, EMS, OMS, etc.) is preferred.
  • TOGAF, Zachman, or similar EA certification is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
  2. Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  4. Analyzing current business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  5. Designing and implementing new technology solutions to meet business needs.
  6. Providing technical guidance and support to project teams.
