We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Dolce & Gabbana S.r.l. in en-US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with store teams to ensure smooth execution of visual merchandising rotations and updates.
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs with retail management to analyze sales, customer feedback, and commercial performance.
  • Support the setup of marketing events and campaigns, and install window and in-store displays.
  • Provide VM training to store staff on maintenance, standards, and VM changes.
  • Ensure merchandising levels meet brand guidelines and review sell-through of ranges and categories.
New Launches
  • Plan VM rotations for new collection launches, incorporating commercial needs and regional business requirements.
  • Prepare zoning plans with store management, ensuring commercial needs are met.
  • Redress windows according to brand guidelines, with regional adaptations as necessary.
  • Share setup pictures with the Regional Visual Merchandising manager for feedback before submitting the final VM report.
  • Create monthly VM reports and upload pictures for HQ review.
Requirements
  • University degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Team player.
  • Communicator.
  • Creative.
  • Flexibility to work overnights and unsociable hours when necessary.
  • Experience in luxury fashion retail.
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word literate (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator a plus).
