The position of Back Office Key Account Manager at Qureos Inc involves overseeing the company's relationships with valued clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong connections with key client stakeholders, ensuring timely responses to their requests, and delivering high-quality services that meet their expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact for Back Office clients, providing prompt assistance and support through email and phone interactions.
  • Service Delivery: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored services within agreed-upon timelines.
  • Communication: Regularly update clients on service status, progress, and any complications that may arise, ensuring transparent and professional communication throughout the process.

Administrative Support:

  • Documentation: Assist in drafting professional correspondence, contracts, agreements, letters, and other documents as required by the Head of Corporate Services.
  • Financial Duties: Support the Head of the Back Office Business Unit with essential financial tasks, including proposal development, vendor and client registration, PO raising, debt chasing, and record maintenance.

Technical Expertise:

  • Microsoft Office: Possess excellent skills in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Research and Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong research and analytical abilities, with the capacity to summarize complex information effectively.

Personal Qualities:

  • Trustworthiness: Possess a high level of trustworthiness, reliability, and integrity.
  • Motivation: Be highly motivated and driven to achieve outstanding results.
  • Organizational Skills: Exhibit exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience and Education:

  • Candidates should possess: Relevant administrative experience, preferably in the Corporate Services or Government sector within Saudi Arabia, or the Consultancy or Professional Services industries.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Proven experience in providing high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders, with a fast-learning mindset and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
