Job purpose:
To drive enterprise sales growth by acquiring new enterprise merchants and maintaining strong relationships with existing merchants.
Key accountabilities:
- Review and respond to customer inquiries and requests.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales performance.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments.
- Network with other professionals in the industry.
- Issue needed business reports and work progress.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans.
- Manage partnerships with other companies.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Contribute to the development of new products and services.
Must have qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Business or payment background.
- Technology background/knowledge is preferred.
- Fin-Tech course certificate from Harvard University is a plus.
- Good English, written and spoken.
