Job Title: Security Officer KSA CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of Thales activities in Saudi Arabia, including physical security, training and awareness, local processes, and security communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct risk assessments for each entity or project under your scope and ensure regular updating of these risks assessments.
  2. Support KSA VP, Directors, and project managers in all matters relating to security.
  3. Organize and conduct security training and awareness sessions.
  4. Control quality of security services provided by security suppliers.
  5. Define, prepare, and update crisis management plans.
  6. Prepare and maintain a Security dashboard, reporting all necessary KPIs.
  7. Identify and develop a network of useful security contacts.
  8. Seek to improve permanently the security process by implementing adapted best practices.

Requirements:

A minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in Security management and/or defense topics. Experience in a security position in an international environment, working within multidisciplinary and multinational teams, and in multicultural environments, especially in the ME Region. Proficiency with computer applications MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Saudi national.

  4. Ability to travel often and eventually without notice.
  5. Leadership capability of multidisciplinary, multinational security teams.
  6. Strong security and information protection awareness.
  7. Crisis management skills.
  8. Excellent presentation and analytical skills.
  9. A team player getting along well with people of different nationalities and backgrounds.
  10. Fluent English is mandatory.
  11. Good cultural and geo-political regional knowledge is mandatory.
