- Investigate and propose initiatives that result in positive financial impact for payroll administration, mitigating risks and optimizing processes.
- Oversee the implementation of payroll-related policies and procedures, ensuring accurate and prompt communication to stakeholders.
- Maintain and update ZATCA's payroll system, keeping employee information and records current for proper archiving and data utilization.
- Review calculated payroll for ZATCA employees, handling exceptions and variances according to set policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely communication of decisions impacting payroll to related entities for accurate implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent is required.
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred.
- An optimal of 8 years of relevant experience, with a preferred 3 years of experience in managerial level.
