As a Food Service Operations Coordinator at Sunbulah Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to collect data on competitors' pricing for top-selling items, which will enable us to make informed decisions about our pricing strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and coordinate the completion and delivery of analytical reports.
  • Support the sales team in updating sales order prices based on internal approval processes.
  • Collaborate with 3PL, Sales, and Business Development teams to eliminate product expiration risks.
  • Identify current service levels for internal and external clients and develop recommendations to improve them.
  • Evaluate the required service level from IT and 3PL, identify gaps, and initiate projects with stakeholders to ensure delivery.
  • Research potential distributors and 4PL solution providers within KSA, record their product portfolios, and maintain accurate records.
