Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as the Director of Patient Engagement and Admissions at our center.

This role involves overseeing all admission and marketing activities, including tours, communication with hospitals and families, and developing marketing programs.

Responsibilities:
  1. Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive admissions
  2. Maintaining relationships with external partners and referral sources
  3. Ensuring smooth admissions processes and resident satisfaction
  4. Designing, implementing, and evaluating marketing campaigns
  5. Strengthening our network of referral sources and communicating effectively through various channels

This position requires strong communication skills, experience with Medicare and Medicaid, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:
