About the Role:
  • You will develop and implement systems that provide project management with necessary budget planning, cost analysis, and cost forecasting information.
  • You will coordinate with construction, engineering, and finance departments to gather project estimates, contract prices, change order values, and other cost data.
  • You will develop, evaluate, and consolidate cost reports and cost information.
  • You will support the development of annual expenditures and monitor project expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.

In this role, you will track changes in project scope, schedule, and budget, evaluating their impact and assisting in preparing change orders.

Your Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or relevant field, with at least 10 years' experience in projects-oriented environments, specifically in costing.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Access, Excel, Word, Access database, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent command of oral and written English.
