Asphalt Production Supervisor

Domo Ventures W.L.L. is seeking a highly skilled Asphalt Production Supervisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of asphalt mix designs and emulsions, ensuring compliance with stringent guidelines and procedures. Key responsibilities include:

• Administering, designing, and controlling the production process to achieve high-quality products.
• Collaborating with inspectors/operators, developers, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain a good working relationship.
• Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Civil/Materials Engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the same field. Fluency in Arabic and English (reading and writing) is essential, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Bachelor's and PhD/Master's Degree in Civil/Materials Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the same field
