Senior Asphalt Production Manager

At Domo Ventures W.L.L., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Asphalt Production Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee the production of asphalt mix designs and emulsions at our facility in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil/materials engineering and at least 10 years of experience in a similar role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, designing, and controlling the production process to ensure it meets the required specifications, QA/QC, and ISO 9001 standards.

• Production Management: Oversee the daily operations of the asphalt production plant, ensuring that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Design and Development: Design and develop new asphalt mix designs and emulsions in accordance with customer requirements and industry standards.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to the production team on matters related to cost-effective production, health and safety, and quality control.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with consultants and vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects and materials.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in civil/materials engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and budgets.
