Job Description

The Senior Legal Expert is responsible for overseeing all legal activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across AlJammaz Group. This role provides strategic legal advice, drafts and reviews contracts, and mitigates legal risks for the organization.

  • Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on corporate, contractual, and operational matters.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies across all business units.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and advise on their impact on the organizations operations.
  • Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to minimize risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements, including vendor agreements, NDAs, employment contracts, and service agreements.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal standards and protect the organizations interests.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of legal documents, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; a Masters degree in Law (LLM) is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate or commercial law, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in contract management, compliance, and dispute resolution.
  • Membership in a recognized legal association or bar in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
