The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years of experience, preferably from an agency background, to manage and elevate our social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in photography and videography, influencer marketing, and content creation, and will be able to develop and implement creative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, and excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. They will also be proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective social media marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage and collaborate with photographers and videographers to create high-quality visual content that aligns with brand messaging.
  • Develop and manage influencer partnerships, content creators, and influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Handle multiple social media accounts across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) ensuring consistent and engaging content.
  • Monitor and manage social media engagement, responding to comments, messages, and interacting with the online community to foster relationships.
  • Create, edit, and publish compelling and visually appealing content (posts, stories, videos) that resonates with the target audience.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
  • Track performance across social media channels, provide insights, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.
