About the Role
  • We are looking for someone with a strong track record in executing PPP projects on behalf of government and private sector clients.
  • You will advise on strategy and business case preparations, commercial close, and contract delivery.
  • Your expertise in engaging with government bodies, regulators, and the private sector will be crucial in attracting competition, ensuring bankability, and generating Value for Money.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in infrastructure advisory, with a proven track record of successfully executing PPP projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large-scale PPP projects.
  • Oversee the due diligence process, risk assessment, and financial structuring of PPP projects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive project delivery.
Qualifications
  • Strong infrastructure advisory background with at least 10 years of experience.
  • Track record of successfully executing PPP projects for government and private sector clients.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
