  1. Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems and developing solutions.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Saudi nationality.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Previous experience with Zendesk is highly desirable.
