- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems and developing solutions.
- Follow up with customers on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Saudi nationality.
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Previous experience with Zendesk is highly desirable.
