Job Description

The Jr. DSP Acquisition Specialist works as an interface between a team of DSP Acquisition Specialists and a team of Business Development Managers to recruit and onboard Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). The role involves building trusting relationships with internal teams and external DSP candidates to identify qualified candidates, follow up and track them throughout the recruiting and onboarding funnel.

To deliver a great candidate experience, the Jr. DSP Acquisition Specialist has great communication skills, flexibility to support different tasks, and enjoys the challenge of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. In order to meet our targets, the Jr. DSP Acquisition Specialist uses software tools (Excel, Outlook, Salesforce), keeps an overview of candidates' status, and has a keen eye to deliver their goal in terms of candidate experience and quality within set deadlines.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Relevant experience in recruiting and onboarding
  • 1+ year of recruiting coordinator or candidate-facing experience
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior logistics experience
  • Competency in Salesforce
  • Customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing, and ambiguous environment
