Job Description

The Sales Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving market share growth and product penetration rates for Managed Services in the SMB vertical. This field-based sales position requires individuals to sell GBS's innovative managed services solutions to prospective clients, highlighting how they satisfy complex technology and communication needs.

Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as a performance-driven sales specialist to drive sales of offerings to the SMB market.
  2. Self-generate leads through networking, cold calling, premise visits, and industry events, identifying new opportunities.
  3. Qualify opportunities independently and in a team format.
  4. Follow the sales plan to meet and exceed sales goals for assigned accounts.
  5. Sell client-centric solutions tailored for the SMB market.
  6. Collaborate with the Head of Managed Services to sell services.
  7. Maintain all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and client information.
  8. Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
