Expert Sales and Engineering Professional

We are seeking an experienced sales and engineering professional to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and driving business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target key customers and stakeholders in the electrical markets.
  • Become an expert in 3M's cable accessory products and their applications, effectively communicating benefits to customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, marketing teams, and application engineering teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales roles within the construction and MPE markets.
  • Strong business acumen, sales attitude, and communication skills.
