About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Applications Team Leader to lead our team in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle EBS and/or Cloud solutions for our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional expertise in designing and proposing Oracle SCM solutions that align with clients' needs and best practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and implementing Oracle SCM modules based on approved solution designs, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing systems. Additionally, they will plan and execute data migration activities, design and implement integrations between Oracle SCM and other systems, and conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to validate the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions.

The role also involves leading a team to achieve target goals, training new joiners, supporting team members, and reporting and evaluating team utilization.

Key Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing and configuring Oracle EBS/Cloud systems is essential.
  • Certification in Oracle Applications implementation "OCP" is highly desirable.
