Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pastries Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the preparation and presentation of a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all menu items.
  2. Supervise junior staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Diploma or vocational certification in Culinary Arts, Pastry, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a culinary role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
