About this Role

This is a strategic partnership role between technical business leaders and the recruitment function, providing talent insights, driving innovative sourcing strategies, and delivering a world-class candidate experience. You'll have the chance to work closely with business partners, shape the Talent Acquisition strategy, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to support Tech, SDE, and Non-Tech hiring for multiple organizations, meeting increasing hiring needs across Mexico and the Latin America market.
  • Drive sourcing capability & capacity across a geographically dispersed team, proactively building talent pools and leveraging all available talent channels to expedite delivery.
  • Establish and track metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting team, hiring managers, and interviewers, using recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to influence quality assessment and high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment funnel.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to determine future needs and set enabling sourcing strategies, requiring a deep understanding through extensive market research of the channels where we can find the best, diverse talent.
