Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Analytics Specialist to join our team at the Nestlé Group. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for providing critical insights and analysis to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track performance and ensure data accuracy.
  • Manage trade spends, claims, and disputes with the sales team, ensuring timely resolution and compliance.
  • Prepare and publish sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to enable management and the sales department to monitor day-to-day sales operations.
  • Support the sales function by providing data analysis and preparing presentations, dashboards, and other visualizations.
  • Ensure all trade spends are accurately reflected in the CRM system and provide visibility on TTS-related analysis and reports to stakeholders.
  • Prepare data and templates required for monthly meetings, MBPC, and cluster reporting.
  • Manage master data related to customers, customer hierarchies, and material extensions in coordination with F&C, Sales, and NBS.
  • Drive the sales forecast tool (MOSAIC) process in the OPC and ensure all data are up-to-date.
  • Ensure customer business development agreements (BDAs) adhere to commercial policy and are signed and saved/archived properly.
  • Follow up with sales teams to ensure credit notes are submitted with supporting documents and processed on time, and escalate any delays or issues to management.
  • Manage claims and disputes with full collaboration with the sales team and NBS.
  • Communicate price lists, product listings, and delistings, as well as monthly promotion circulation.
  • Prepare monthly sales targets by salesmen by channel and calculate sales force incentive pay-outs.
  • Ensure strict adherence to and compliance with all activities undertaken, including trade spend classification in CRM, WHO code, sales incentives, SOPs, trade agreements, customer creation, and closing of audit points.
