Job Summary:

As our Fraud Product Manager, you will lead the development of our product vision, working closely with engineers, data analysts, scientists, designers, and other product managers. Your responsibilities will include guiding daily operations, defining a long-term strategy, and driving product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership and Collaboration: Drive cross-functional teams to create effective fraud detection and compliance products.
  • Product Strategy and Development: Design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and systems, focusing on internal product development and external vendor integration.
  • Product Analytics and Insights: Analyze fraud trends using data-driven insights and debug production issues across services.
  • User-Centric Problem Solving: Collaborate with functional teams to understand user pain points and develop solutions.
  • Adaptive and Empathetic Teamwork: Work effectively with team members through empathy and respect.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fraud detection or compliance.
  • Familiarity with fields like fraud mitigation, real-time decision engines, machine learning, or data science is highly advantageous.
  • A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and building products that protect platforms and users.
  • Driven, determined, and curious team players with strong problem-solving skills.
