Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Destination Performance Manager to join our team at the Saudi Tourism Authority. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing performance and monitoring activities to ensure the implementation of sector requirements and identify improvement opportunities that contribute to achieving short and medium-term strategic objectives within defined key performance indicators, agreed budgets, and approved policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Performance Monitoring Framework: Design and implement a comprehensive performance monitoring framework to track key performance indicators and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  2. Monitor Performance and Identify Areas for Improvement: Regularly monitor the performance of internal initiatives and identify areas for improvement to optimize resource allocation and maximize impact.
  3. Analyze Performance Data: Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  4. Communicate Performance Insights: Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams and destination management offices to identify areas of improvement and support the implementation of performance enhancement initiatives.
  6. Design Interactive Dashboards: Design and develop interactive dashboards to provide real-time performance visibility and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  7. Deploy and Update Dashboards: Work with the relevant department to deploy and update interactive dashboards to ensure timely and accurate performance data.
  8. Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as required to support the achievement of strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
  2. Experience: At least 6 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in performance monitoring and analysis.
