Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and develop preventive measures.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards.
  • Deliver training and educational programs for employees and subcontractors on health, safety, and environmental best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety-related documentation, reports, and statistics.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in HSE management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in health, safety, and environmental management, preferably in infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
  • Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA are highly desirable.
