About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Total Rewards Specialist – Payroll to join our team, responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, while maintaining compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and labor laws.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Proven experience in payroll processing, including calculations, deductions, and compliance.
  2. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex financial data and generate accurate reports.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, HR teams, and finance teams.
  4. Knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry best practices.
  5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HR Finance or a related field (preferred).
  2. 2-5 years of payroll experience in a corporate or HR setting.
  3. Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  4. Experience with payroll software (e.g., Oracle HCM, SAP).
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
  6. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
