- Coordinate with legal and compliance officers to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Maintain HRIS input by collecting relevant employee information.
- Process travel documents and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Address employee inquiries related to insurance policies.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an HR administrative or operations role in KSA.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
