About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our accounting team. This is a key role that involves overseeing various aspects of financial management, including reviewing and recording daily transactions, monitoring bank account movements, and managing accounts payable and receivable.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and financial systems, with advanced experience in using QuickBooks Online. They will also possess excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a high level of proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires at least 5 years of practical experience in accounting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Review all incoming financial documents to ensure compliance with company policies and accurately record daily transactions.
  • Monitor bank account movements and prepare necessary bank reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
