The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a BIM specialist to lead and manage complex BIM projects, producing 3D models and CAD drawings for all stages of design on SMEP and data centre projects.

As part of our established team of expert engineers and CAD/Revit technicians across global offices, you will oversee the production of detailed and coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit into our current design practices, and train junior CAD staff in the use of Revit.

Key Responsibilities

You will plan and organize your workload as well as the workload of technicians working under you, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

You will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dealing directly with clients, sub-contractors, and internal staff of all levels.

You must have a solid understanding of BIM practices and documentation such as BSI ISO 19650 and COBie from a lead role perspective.

You also need strong BIM and Digital Engineering software knowledge, including packages like BIM 360, Navisworks, Dynamo, and Microsoft packages for formulating reports.

A sound knowledge of multi-disciplinary services coordination and experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines is essential.
