About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve IT requirements and development needs.
  • Manage and oversee the development of our network and data center operations, ensuring high levels of performance and efficiency.
  • Lead a team of technical professionals, providing training and guidance to ensure they have the necessary skills to meet the demands of the role.
  • Evaluate and optimize the performance of our network operation infrastructure and systems.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring that our network and data center operations meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Develop and implement plans for future infrastructure projects, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Responsible for the development and testing of our SDN network infrastructure.
  • Participate in the network construction management of our cloud management platform.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of a wide range of systems and technologies, including networking, routing, and switching.
  • Proven experience in managing and maintaining complex network infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, with Arabic language skills a plus.
