About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Finance Expert to join our team at Deutsche Bank. As a key member of our Trade Finance team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and advisory services to clients, managing client transactions, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide trade finance expertise and guidance to clients, including advice on trade finance products and services.
  • Manage client transactions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to agreed-upon terms.
  • Review and escalate transaction queues as necessary, ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare trade finance-related guarantees and amendments in Arabic language, as required.
  • Respond to and resolve day-to-day client queries, as well as manage complaints and feedback.
  • Perform service reviews and meetings to continuously improve client service and meet market needs.
  • Provide client training and support, as needed.
  • Coordinate with Trade Processing Center and other front office and infrastructure partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Review trade-related regulatory reports and provide support to sales and coverage teams, as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in trade finance products, including bank guarantees, import/export, and trade-related financing.
  • Strong knowledge of latest UCP/URR/URDG/ISBP and local regulations, particularly in Saudi markets.
  • Bachelor's degree (graduate) in a relevant field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with effective and concise communication at all levels, both verbal and written.
  • Strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
  • Client servicing skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to solve problems.
  • Competent in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Nationality: Saudi national.
  • Language skills: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
