We are seeking a skilled Global Sales Professional to join our team at Logicom Public Ltd in Riyadh. This role involves establishing and maintaining account plans to drive sales growth for Cisco products.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and executing account strategies to increase sales revenue.
  2. Building strong relationships with partners at all organizational levels, including senior executives.
  3. Identifying and recruiting new business opportunities with partners.
  4. Providing regular feedback to plan and execute promotional activities that drive significant sales growth.
  5. Fully collaborating with the Cisco Partners business managers' team.
  6. Achieving assigned quota for Cisco products and services.
  7. Maintaining credit lines with all partners and following up on payments.
  8. Coordinating with vendor and partner sales teams to effectively manage and close deals.
  9. Offering accurate forecasts of deals and providing regular feedback on accounts managed on a weekly basis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree.
  2. Cisco specific or other related industry certifications are highly valued.
  3. 3-5 years of experience in selling Information Technology products at the distribution level.
  4. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  5. Proficient in MS Office.
  6. Ability to handle multiple partners simultaneously with a high sales quota.
  7. Capability to manage credit lines with internal teams and partners.
  8. Ability to recruit new partners.
  9. Solid experience in selling to partners in complex environments.
  10. Strong understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel.
  11. Strong pipeline management skills.
