About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Hitachi Vantara Corporation as a GIS Technical Advisor, where you will play a crucial role in enabling the successful installation, repair, and maintenance of high voltage systems worldwide.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain high voltage systems, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and coordinate workforces, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Inspect and coordinate material handling, identifying and reporting any damage or missing equipment.
  • Supervise final installation tests and document completion, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Participate in site meetings and contribute to the development of technical solutions.
  • Ensure the competence execution of tasks, adhering to company values of safety and integrity.

About You

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a high diploma.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in GIS, preferably with SF6 GAS-Handling and HE-CH GIS Product knowledge.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English language.
